Maxwell Bond have partnered with a financial who are looking for a hands on Technical Lead to guide their team and oversee one of their flagship platforms.

You’ll be working in a product led environment, collaborating closely with BAs, Product Managers, Designers, and QA to deliver robust web and mobile solutions. You’ll either come from a strong front-end or back-end background but with an appreciation for full lifecycle development; from design through to deployment and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 7-8 professionals, including backend and frontend developers and Product Owners.
• Play a key role in Greenfield development while focusing on continuous improvement
• Take ownership of key projects, providing technical leadership and forward-thinking solutions.
