Cloud Engineer - SC CLREANCE NEEDED

PLEASE NOTE; CURRENT, ACTIVE SC CLEARANCE IS NEEDED FOR THIS ROLE

Our Central Gov. client is seeking a new Cloud Engineer, withe experience of the following skills.

• Comprehensive understanding of deployment of web applications using AWS infrastructure, including but not limited to ECS, ECR, Athena, S3, Codepipeline, Lakeformation, Lambdas, and Cognito

• Ability to deploy architecture as Infrastructure as Code (IaC) most favourably via Terraform or Open Tofu.

• Experience in developing CI/CD pipelines using Github Actions and AWS Code-pipeline.
  
  
• Preferably experience in integrating the automatic deployment of IaC as part of a Github actions workflow.

• Strong understanding of authentication and security practices, particularly in a government context.
  
  
• Experience in developing and implementing row level security practices for Front End applications would also be beneficial.

• Understanding of network security and how this integrates with the deployment of web applications, for both external and internal audiences.

• Some Front End experience, particularly with plotly-dash and JavaScript frameworks would also be beneficial.

• Ability to improve the performance of existing applications for example by optimising the efficiency of existing workflows via the introduction of data caching tooling.
