End User Computing Lead - DV CLEARANCE ESSENTIAL

PLEASE NOTE ACTIVE DV CLEARANCE IS NEEDED ON FILR FOR THIS ROLE

• Serve as the principal technical authority for all matters related to end user computing, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripheral support.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and guidance for escalated technical incidents and service requests.
• Advise and mentor team members, fostering technical growth and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new end user computing technologies and solutions.
• Develop and maintain technical standards, documentation, and best practice guidelines.
• Collaborate with other IT teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and support of end user computing solutions.
• Monitor and analyse support trends, identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation.
• Ensure compliance with organisational security policies and data protection regulations in all technical solutions.
• Act as a technical escalation point for complex or high-impact incidents.
• Participate in project work, representing the end user computing support perspective and ensuring technical requirements are met.
