Senior Digital Talent Partner
A government organisation is recruiting for a Senior Digital Talent Partner to identify and resource digital talent.
As a Senior Digital Talent Partner, you'll lead resourcing and recruitment for some of the most important hires within the organisation. You'll work closely with senior leaders and manage a small team of Digital Talent Partners.
Day to day duties:
- Lead difficult searches from start to finish, from the first brief to an accepted offer
- Map the market and approach candidates directly instead of waiting for applications
- Advise senior leaders and push back when a brief, timeline or expectation doesn't match the market
- Build relationships with talent in hard-to-find areas before we need them
- Give leaders honest insight on talent supply, pay, location and what candidates want
- Help leaders through offer and closing conversations
- Design fair assessments that test what matters for the job
- Manage and coach up to three Digital Talent Partners
- Use data and lessons learned to improve how we recruit
Key experience and skills required:
- Experience finding scarce tech talent directly in areas such as engineering, AI, data, cyber, product or digital delivery
- A track record of filling hard roles, and changing your approach when something isn't working
- Confidence advising and challenging senior hiring managers
- The ability to turn recruitment data into clear recommendations
- Strong candidate relationship skills, and an understanding of what makes experienced people decide to move
- Experience leading or coaching other recruiters
- Examples of improving a recruitment process, tool or way of working beyond a single campaign
- Previous experience of working for l arge technology firms such as Amazon, Google or Microsoft would be an advantage
