Channel Manager - Cloud - EMEA
We are seeking a highly motivated, growth-focused, and results-driven Channel Manager to drive revenue growth through key channel partners, including resellers, ISPs, and MSPs. In this role, you will play a critical part in building, from the ground up, our go-to-market efforts through a vibrant partner ecosystem, enabling growth across the EMEA region - with a heavy focus in the UK, Ireland and Nordics.
Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage strategic channel partners to expand Silk’s reach and revenue across EMEA.
- Drive joint go-to-market initiatives with partners, including co-selling, co-marketing, and enablement activities.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure alignment and success of partner program.
- Develop and manage partner business plans with clear objectives, revenue targets, and measurable milestones.
- Deliver training and enablement sessions to partner sales and technical teams to ensure effective product positioning and strong customer outcomes.
- Monitor partner pipeline and performance metrics, providing regular reporting, insights, and forecasts.
- Represent Silk at industry events, partner meetings, and conferences as an advocate for our channel ecosystem.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in channel sales or partner management within the enterprise technology, storage, or cloud infrastructure sectors. Experience with partners in the UK/I and Nordics a plus.
- Strong understanding of channel ecosystems, particularly within storage, cloud, and data infrastructure (e.g. Azure, GCP, AWS).
- Proven track record in developing and executing partner strategies that deliver measurable revenue growth.
- Experience working within an innovative technology organization; start-up experience is an advantage.
- Comfortable operating in ambitious or complex environments, with a demonstrated ability to navigate challenges and deliver results.
- Experience working effectively with geographically distributed teams across sales, solutions architecture, customer success, product, engineering, and marketing.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, with the ability to use data and relationships to drive decision-making.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills across both technical and business stakeholders.
- A self-starter with a collaborative mindset, excellent organizational skills, and a drive for success.
- Based in the UK is preferred.
- Willing and able to travel across the region as required (up to 50%).
