Growth Strategy Lead

A global consulting business specialising in data, AI and operational transformation is looking to hire a Growth Strategy Lead to join its London team. The role is based in the City of London with hybrid working and offers a base salary of £110,000 to £120,000 plus bonus and benefits.

This opportunity would suit a high-performing consultant currently working within a large, recognised consulting firm who enjoys solving complex business challenges, working across multiple functions and supporting senior stakeholders on strategic initiatives.

This is a broad and highly visible role sitting at the intersection of strategy, analytics and stakeholder engagement, offering strong exposure to senior leadership and a clear fast track to VP level for the right individual. You will work closely with senior leaders across the business to analyse opportunities, understand market dynamics and support strategic decision-making across global markets.

You will also play a key role supporting both global and regional stakeholders, using a combination of data, research and commercial analysis to help the business identify opportunities for growth and improve how it supports clients across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead strategic analysis and research that supports growth and business decision making
  • Conduct market sizing, commercial analysis and opportunity assessment
  • Analyse multiple data sources to identify trends, risks and opportunities
  • Translate analysis into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders
  • Work closely with leadership and commercial teams on strategic initiatives
  • Engage with internal teams and external partners to support key programmes

Experience required

  • Background within a recognised global consulting firm
  • Around 7 to 10 years’ experience across strategy, consulting, analytics or commercial transformation
  • Experience working across multiple functions within complex organisations
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders
  • Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel skills
  • MBA or MSc in Business, Management or a related discipline
