Junior Python Developer - FinTech / Asset Management

Location: London W1 (Hybrid)

Salary: Up to £50k + bonus

We’re partnering with a growing investment management firm that’s building a modern, technology-led platform to support its continued growth. They’re looking for a Junior Python Developer — a graduate or early-career technologist — who’s excited about automation, data, and the future of AI in financial services.

Working closely with senior developers and data specialists, you’ll help design and build automated solutions that remove repetitive manual tasks and improve operational efficiency. You’ll gain exposure to a range of technologies and business areas, working in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment that encourages innovation.

• Develop and maintain Python scripts and applications to automate internal processes.
• Collaborate with senior developers to enhance data workflows and integration tools.
• Support the implementation of new technologies and frameworks related to data and AI.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation across systems and processes.

• Degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• An interest in data engineering , automation , and AI applications.
• Strong problem-solving ability and eagerness to learn from experienced engineers.
• Ideally, some prior experience (internship or first role) in a technology or data-focused position.
