Lead Full Stack Microsoft Developer (City of London)

A leading professional services client in London is seeking a Lead Full Stack Microsoft Developer to drive the design and delivery of robust, scalable applications using the latest Microsoft technologies. The role is offering a base of £70,000 + benefits and its hybrid working.

As a senior technical lead, you’ll be responsible for full-stack development using .NET Core, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), Azure Functions, and modern front-end frameworks like React or Angular. You’ll mentor developers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and lead projects from concept to deployment.

What You’ll Do

• Develop modern applications and APIs with C#/.NET Core and Azure
• Build responsive UIs using Fluent UI, React, or Angular
• Lead Power Platform development and system integrations
• Drive DevOps best practices with CI/CD pipelines, PowerShell scripting, and Azure DevOps
• Guide and mentor a distributed team of developers

To be considered for this role, you will need:

• Proven experience in Microsoft tech stack (C#, .NET Core, Azure, Power Platform)
• Strong front-end skills (React, Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript)
• Expertise in SQL Server and API development
• Desirable: Familiarity with Azure Logic Apps, GitHub Actions, and cloud security best practices
