THE ROLE

Lead SharePoint Online solution design for a specialist retail bank. You'll drive business discovery, design information architecture aligned to banking requirements, define governance and security models, and ensure user adoption across the organisation.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead business discovery and stakeholder engagement across banking departments
• Design SharePoint Online solution (site hierarchy, templates, libraries, metadata, taxonomy)
• Define governance, security, retention, compliance, and operating standards aligned to banking regulation
• Ensure DLP, sensitivity labelling, and GDPR-aligned information protection
• Produce solution documentation, training materials, and operational procedures
• Drive user adoption and transition into service

WHO YOU ARE

Essential:

• Extensive SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 solution design experience
• Strong business analysis and stakeholder management capability
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Purview, retention, DLP, compliance, and banking regulatory requirements
• Experience with information architecture and document management
• Governance and organizational change expertise
• Financial services or regulated environment background preferred
• Power Platform automation and Microsoft 365 integrations
• ShareGate and large-scale file share migration knowledge
• Training and adoption program delivery
