Scrum Master - Financial Services - Permanent

McCabe & Barton is partnering with a leading investment management organisation seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support Agile delivery across a complex technology environment.

The role will focus on embedding Scrum best practice, facilitating Agile ceremonies, improving delivery flow and supporting collaboration across technology and business teams.

Key responsibilities include:

Facilitating Scrum ceremonies and delivery governance

Coaching teams and stakeholders on Agile best practice

Removing delivery impediments and improving sprint execution

Supporting Product Owners with backlog refinement and prioritisation

Managing and optimising Jira delivery environments

Driving continuous improvement initiatives across delivery teams

We are particularly interested in candidates with:

Strong Scrum Master experience within regulated environments

Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills

Experience working alongside Product Owners and Technology Leads

Exposure to Charles River, Salesforce or investment platforms

Strong understanding of Agile delivery metrics and reporting

Edinburgh based with hybrid working.
