Job Title: B2B Telesales Account Manager

Location: Leigh

Salary: £30,000-£35,000 OTE

Hours: 5-day working week (Monday to Friday 09.00-16.30)

We are recruiting for an office based sales professional to join our telesales team in Leigh, Greater Manchester to join a growing business to help lead the way in managing accounts with existing businesses, as well as prospecting new relationships with others helping with all of their telecommunication needs.

What you’ll do

  • Drive new B2B telephony product & service sales by phone; qualify, pitch and close
  • Manage and grow existing accounts; identify upsell/cross‑sell opportunities
  • Work your pipeline in Act! CRM, with access to marketing resources for email campaigns; also self‑source additional leads as you build your book
  • Own your activity: we set clear KPIs and support you to hit them 40+ connected calls (60s+) per day
  • Partner with sales leadership to review performance and continually refine your approach

What you’ll bring

  • Proven B2B sales experience (outbound/telesales preferred) with a track record of meeting or beating target
  • Professional, dynamic communication style; resilient, self‑motivated, and commercially ambitious
  • Strong pipeline discipline and CRM hygiene; comfortable managing your own diary

Earnings & progression (clear and uncapped)

  • Base + Commission (uncapped)

Commission structure:

  • New business: 30% for first 6 months, then 25% thereafter
  • Existing customers: 10% standard; 15% on all existing business once annual target & new business goal are achieved, for the remainder of the financial year
  • Over‑target commission available for those who exceed plan
  • Targets: None during the first 3 months. A structured Year One Plan then increases targets incrementally over the next 9 months
  • Typical year‑one OTE: £30,000–£35,000

Hours, holidays & flexibility

  • Hours: 32.5 per week, Mon–Fri, 9:00–4:30 (no weekends)
  • Holidays: 20 days + 8 UK bank holidays to start; additional holiday after 12 months for achieving performers, plus gifted days over Christmas
  • Hybrid: 1 day home working per week after hitting targets/KPIs
