Business Analyst

Business Analyst - Up to £45,000 - £50,000+ benefits - Edinburgh or Glasgow Centre

You'll play a key role across the full project lifecycle - from discovery and analysis through to delivery - helping shape processes, systems, and data solutions that make a tangible impact.

What you'll do:

• Analyse and document complex business processes, systems, and data flows.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather and validate requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.
• Support project planning and delivery through Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams - Product, Technology, Operations, and vendors.
• Act as a key liaison between business and technical teams to ensure alignment.
• Support continuous improvement, contributing to the BA toolkit and best practices.

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within a complex, regulated, or technology-driven environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, JIRA, and Confluence.
