Business Analyst

Business Analyst - Up to £45,000 - £50,000+ benefits - Edinburgh or Glasgow Centre

You’ll play a key role across the full project lifecycle — from discovery and analysis through to delivery — helping shape processes, systems, and data solutions that make a tangible impact.

We’re looking for someone who has not only built strong BA skills but has also demonstrated personal development — someone proactive about learning, evolving, and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.

What you’ll do:

• Analyse and document complex business processes, systems, and data flows .
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather and validate requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation .
• Support project planning and delivery through Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams — Product, Technology, Operations, and vendors .
• Act as a key liaison between business and technical teams to ensure alignment.
• Support continuous improvement , contributing to the BA toolkit and best practices.

What you’ll bring:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within a complex, regulated, or technology-driven environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies , JIRA , and Confluence .

• Confidence working end-to-end — from discovery to implementation and delivery.
