Agile Project Manager – 12‐month FTC (Agile, Small Change Delivery)
Glasgow – 2 days per week in the office
We’re looking for a Project Manager who thrives in agile, fast‐moving environments and can take full ownership of delivery across a portfolio of small, rapid‐turnaround change initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at pace across product, digital or marketing‐led change, where priorities shift quickly and outcomes need to be delivered iteratively.
You’ll bring structure, clarity and momentum to a busy change pipeline—building lightweight but effective delivery plans, managing RAID with discipline, and keeping stakeholders aligned in a constantly evolving landscape. Rather than driving a single large transformation, you’ll be delivering continuous increments of value across multiple small projects, often shaped by business demand, customer needs and product roadmaps.
Two days per week in the Glasgow office will be focused on collaborative sessions, stand‐ups, planning and problem‐solving with product, marketing and technology teams.
What you’ll be doing
- Owning multiple small‐to‐medium agile change deliveries end‐to‐end, ensuring rapid, high‐quality outputs.
- Building pragmatic, right‐sized delivery plans that support iterative progress and quick decision‐making.
- Running RAID with discipline, identifying risks early and driving mitigations at pace.
- Managing frequent reprioritisation, shifting dependencies and evolving requirements while maintaining delivery stability.
- Working closely with product owners, marketing teams, SMEs and technology partners to align outcomes and manage impacts.
- Leading clear, concise communication and senior‐ready reporting across multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Removing blockers quickly to maintain momentum across parallel initiatives.
- Embedding consistent governance, agile ways of working and lightweight change control.
- Driving continuous improvement through retros, lessons learned and delivery optimisation.
- Coordinating business readiness, operational impact and BAU adoption to ensure smooth transitions into live service.
What you’ll bring
- 4+ years’ experience delivering as a Project Manager within financial services, digital, product, marketing or operational change.
- Proven ability to manage multiple small change initiatives simultaneously, maintaining pace, structure and control.
- Strong grounding in agile and product‐led delivery (Scrum, Kanban or hybrid environments).
- Experience delivering technology‐enabled and customer‐facing change.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, confident influencing across business, product, marketing and technical groups.
- Strong analytical capability, able to simplify complexity and prioritise effectively.
- Hands‐on experience with MS Project, SharePoint, Excel, Visio (JIRA desirable).
- Calm, proactive and self‐directed, bringing clarity and stability in high‐change, fast‐paced environments.
