London | 3 days per week in office Contract until end of 2027 £700 - £775/day
An Investment Banking client is looking for a strong Business Analyst / Project Manager to join a major transformation programme within a Markets and Legal aligned environment.
This role will suit someone with a blend of Business Analysis and Project Management capability (roughly 60/40 split), who can operate across business, operations and technology teams in a fast-paced delivery environment with non-negotiable timelines.
The successful candidate will support the Lead BA across a range of strategic initiatives focused on process optimisation, operational efficiency and contract lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with business, operations and technology stakeholders to analyse and improve existing processes
- Gather, document and translate business requirements into actionable deliverables for technology teams
- Support delivery of strategic initiatives across Markets and Legal aligned functions
- Drive workshops, stakeholder meetings and project discussions across multiple teams
- Track milestones, dependencies, risks and overall programme progress
- Map current and future state processes and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and stronger controls
- Support delivery around contract lifecycle management initiatives and emerging AI-enabled tooling
- Coordinate across business, operations and technology teams to ensure successful implementation
- Produce project documentation including BRDs, RAID logs, status updates and governance materials
- Assist with testing, implementation planning and post-go-live support activities
- Strong Business Analysis background within Financial Services
- Good understanding of Markets products, trade lifecycle and transactions
- Experience working across operations and technology change initiatives
- Ability to engage senior stakeholders and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Strong understanding of project governance, milestones and delivery management
- Experience working within complex regulatory or transformation environments
- Exposure to contract lifecycle management or Legal technology programmes would be highly beneficial
- Understanding of AI-enabled process improvement solutions is advantageous
- Risk & Controls exposure is useful but not essential
- Long-term contract running through to the end of 2027
- Hybrid working model - 3 days per week in the London office
