Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and articulate Bid Writer to take ownership of our end-to-end bid process. This is a pivotal role in a small, collaborative team, where you'll work closely with the Marketing and Sales Director, Sales Leadership and C-suite to craft compelling proposals and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end bid writing process , from opportunity tracking to submission.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather technical and delivery input.
• Write clear, persuasive, and tailored responses to RFPs, RFIs, and tenders.
• Maintain and evolve the Bid Library and support the development of reusable content.
• Support editorial and content needs, including articles and thought leadership pieces.
• Ensure all submissions align with brand tone, compliance standards, and client expectations.

What We're Looking For

• Strong writing and editing skills, with a flair for persuasive and structured content.
• Experience in bid writing , copywriting , or content marketing .
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across technical and non-technical teams.
• Familiarity with public sector procurement/ Bid process is highly desired.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines.
