Business Analyst - Customer Experience
Location: Gaydon (hybrid) Duration: 6 months (possible extensions)
Day rate: circa £250 inside ir35
One of our clients is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join their team. You will support the CEX Unity Programme, a major transformation bringing together four CEX teams into a single, unified operating model. You will play a key role in enabling clarity, efficiency and effective delivery by defining and documenting new ways of working.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end process mapping across CEX functions and adjacent teams, including Regions, Markets and wider Commercial and Enterprise areas.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive process inventory and document current and future state processes in AIRS (JLR's business process management tool).
- Engage stakeholders across regions, brands and functions to gather insights, validate process designs and build alignment.
- Identify duplication, inefficiencies and opportunities for continuous improvement across processes.
- Clarify roles, responsibilities, decision points, sign-offs and hand-offs within and between teams.
- Support the development of RACI documentation, operating model artefacts and change impact assessments.
- Contribute to organisation design activity and transition planning.
- Collaborate closely with the Programme Manager, Project Managers, Organisation Design, People Partners, and Change and Comms teams to ensure timely delivery.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in business analysis and process mapping (e.g. Visio, Lucidchart).
- Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience working within transformation programmes and complex matrix environments.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-changing settings with a delivery-focused mindset.
- Experience in automotive, digital or customer experience environments is a plus.
