Change Program Manager
Leading complex, high-visibility programs focused on risk reduction and operational efficiency. You'll manage professional teams, integrate cross-functional expertise, and work directly with senior stakeholders on global initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive execution of strategic projects, managing milestones and budgets
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation and governance
- Lead stakeholder management across executive levels
- Oversee risk and issue management
- Provide sophisticated analysis and innovative solutions
Required Experience:
- PM from Investment banking domain (with in-depth knowledge of Capital Markets/ Securities Services) and reconciliations experience.
- Hands on experience in overseeing and delivering programs of work within a Financial Services / IB technology domain.
- Experience of managing a PMO function within a large multi program with multiple work-streams.
- Experience of vendor management to ensure deliverables are met in-line with cost, expected outcomes, quality and defined timeframes.
- Stakeholder management, accurate project tracking, co-ordination across teams, reporting and timely escalation in case of issues.
- End to End Project management, with stakeholder management and communications
- Metrics Dashboard knowledge (Qlik sense, Tableau)
