Senior Associate - Marketing Technology (London) Global Financial Services Company Location: London, UK (Hybrid)

Overview

We are partnering with a global financial services company seeking a Senior Associate - Marketing Technology to support and evolve its enterprise marketing ecosystem. This position operates at the crossroads of marketing, data, and technology, with a strong emphasis on marketing tech data, AI & machine learning, and data workflows.

You will play a key role in enhancing platform performance, strengthening integrations, and enabling scalable, data-driven marketing operations. This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in complex environments and enjoys improving how systems, data, and teams connect.

Key Responsibilities
  • Optimise and maintain core marketing technology platforms to ensure strong performance and reliability
  • Design, manage, and enhance data workflows and pipelines across the marketing ecosystem
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration and data synchronisation issues between platforms and CRM systems
  • Support the development of scalable data structures and architectures for marketing use cases
  • Integrate and manage multiple data sources, including digital, event, and third-party data
  • Ensure seamless data delivery into analytics and reporting environments
  • Collaborate with technical teams to implement AI & ML-driven capabilities such as automation and data enrichment
  • Uphold data quality, governance, and compliance standards across all systems
  • Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency, platform usage, and workflow design
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Data, and IT teams to deliver integrated, scalable solutions
Required Experience
  • 3-5+ years' experience in marketing technology, marketing operations, or a related technical marketing role
  • Proven experience working with marketing tech stacks and CRM integrations
  • Strong understanding of data workflows, APIs, and system integrations
  • Experience handling data pipelines, data quality, and data governance
  • Exposure to or hands-on experience with AI & machine learning applications in a marketing or data context
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and scalable workflows
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working across technical and non-technical team
  • Working knowledge of SQL, JSON, or API troubleshooting
  • Experience with customer data platforms (CDPs) and attribution models
  • Exposure to AI-driven automation or agent-based workflows
  • Understanding of data privacy and governance frameworks
  • Experience working within enterprise environments and structured IT processes
