Job Opportunity: Project Manager

Location: London (2 days onsite, 1 day from home) Contract Type: Part-time Contractor (3 days per week)Duration: Until end of March 2026 (possible extensions)

Day Rate: £500-£600 (inside ir35)

We're hiring a Project Manager to support a leading client on a part-time contract basis (3 days per week). This role is ideal for an experienced PM with a background in marketing operations, data-driven campaigns, and cross-functional collaboration.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Create clear, actionable documentation outlining required data feeds for campaign execution - including naming conventions, data structures, and attribute specifications to support effective audience segmentation.
• Define and document the end-to-end campaign delivery workflow, ensuring alignment across teams using mParticle and Airship.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including CRM, Data, and Engineering teams to align on timelines, resolve blockers, and ensure delivery milestones are met.
• Provide clear, consistent updates on project progress, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders and leadership.

About You:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally in marketing technology, CRM, or data operations.
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and translating technical detail into clear documentation.
• Strong understanding of campaign management tools - experience with mParticle and Airship is highly desirable.
• Exceptional communicator with a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
• Available to commit 3 days per week in a part-time contract capacity.
