Success Factors Functional Lead - Recruitment

Location: London (Hybrid)Contract: 5 Months Rate: £500 - £600 per day Start Date: Immediate

We're looking for an experienced SuccessFactors Functional Lead to join a critical project, delivering enhancements across our Recruitment modules. Working within a high-performing team, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring that configurations align with business needs, policy, and provide an exceptional user experience.

You'll report directly to the SuccessFactors Product Owner and lead functional delivery across Recruitment Management, Recruitment Marketing, and Onboarding 2.0. Your role will cover everything from solution design and stakeholder engagement to configuration, testing, integration oversight, and successful handover into business-as-usual support.

You'll need to be certified in Recruitment and Onboarding 2.0, with a proven track record of 2-3 full lifecycle implementations, ideally client-side. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with the ability to challenge designs, ensure compliance, and drive decisions that balance risk, cost, and technical feasibility.

Key Skills Required:

• Hands-on SuccessFactors configuration and implementation
• End-to-end recruitment project experience
• Strong testing, defect tracking, and integration capabilities
• Confident in leading workshops and presenting solutions
• Experience working with vendors and ensuring delivery meets contractual and technical standards
