Senior Business Analyst
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a leading UK financial institution within their Business Transformation team. This team is responsible for driving strategic change, improving efficiency, and delivering key transformation initiatives across the organisation.
The RoleYou'll work closely with stakeholders across the business to define and deliver change initiatives that improve systems, processes, and overall business performance. This is a hands-on role requiring strong analytical, communication, and delivery skills.
Key Responsibilities-
Gather, analyse, and document business requirements and process improvements

Support the full project lifecycle from design through to implementation and testing

Liaise with stakeholders, technology teams, and third-party suppliers to ensure alignment

Contribute to business cases and ensure solutions deliver measurable business value

Identify opportunities to streamline operations and enhance data and reporting processes

Support and guide other Business Analysts to maintain high standards of delivery

Proven experience in business analysis, system implementations, or change management

Strong background in financial services or banking

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Ability to document requirements, process flows, and support UAT

Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

Experience working with multiple teams and suppliers to deliver successful outcomes

Curious and detail-oriented with a proactive approach

Organised, adaptable, and able to work under pressure

Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
