London (City) - 5 Days Onsite? Up to £90,000 Base + Benefits Hedge Fund Client? Permanent

We are partnered with a London-based Hedge Fund seeking a Technical Project Manager to join their growing technology function.

This role is ideal for someone who started their career in software engineering (C# / .NET) and has since transitioned into project management, but still retains strong technical credibility with developers.

You will sit at the heart of a highly technical team, working closely with engineers and quantitative professionals to drive delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives.

The Role
  • Oversee and drive delivery of complex technical projects

  • Develop and maintain structured roadmaps

  • Monitor progress, manage risks, and optimise resource allocation

  • Implement and refine project management best practices

  • Act as a bridge between technical teams and wider business stakeholders

  • Mentor and coordinate team members where required

What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager within a technical environment

  • Background in software engineering (C# / .NET essential)

  • Strong understanding of software architecture and infrastructure

  • Database experience (SQL Server, Oracle or similar)

  • Experience managing complex technical workstreams

  • Highly organised with strong communication skills

  • Degree in a technical / engineering discipline preferred
