What to Expect
You will be responsible for testing and validating s/w download, and EOL processes for our products and rapid resolution of issues in plant. Collaboration with our partners and ensuring on-time delivery of activities will be key aspects of the role.
What You'll Do
Support the implementation and test of the s/w download system.

Establish and refine s/w download and EOL test processes for pre-series builds and volume production, ensuring repeatability and adherence to requirements.

Identify issues in the build process and develop contingency plans to mitigate them both for prototype and series builds.

Test processes and functionality and diagnose issues in EOL. Collaborate with and challenge our contract manufacturer to implement and optimize the processes in a volume manufacturing environment. Additional line on diagnostic work / systems works during the build phases (launch support)Feedback issues captured into issue management and escalated as necessary.
What You'll Bring
Business Knowledge: Good understanding of electrical software / systems Broad amount of experience in an automotive systems engineeringEssential Functional / Technical Skills: Experience in successfully leading the development & validation of new S/W download & EOL test processes. Personal Attributes / Competencies: Structured thinking with an organized approach and delivery focusFlexibility to travel if required Pro-active personality with positive attitude and good people-skills able to co-ordinate cross functional teams. A calm multitasker who successfully prioritises and executes against tight deadlines in a rapidly changing environment. Strong written and oral communication skills with a demonstrated ability to communicate at Senior Management level.

Willingness to develop skillset in manufacturing methodologies (lean, MTM, Line balance, RCA).
