IT Business & Solutions Architect

Location: London (Hybrid) | Permanent

A leading international healthcare insurance organisation is seeking an IT Business & Solutions Architect to support a major IT and digital transformation programme.

This is a senior, hands-on role bridging business requirements and technical solution architecture, working closely with stakeholders, Product Owners, PMO, in-house IT teams (UK & US) and an outsourced development partner.

• Translate business requirements into end-to-end IT solutions and architecture
• Lead solution design, integration strategy and architectural governance
• Produce and maintain solution, integration and enterprise architecture documentation
• Define and govern integration patterns, standards and quality checkpoints
• Contribute to IT strategy, roadmap planning and transformation initiatives
• Oversee and guide an outsourced development provider, approving designs and changes
• Ensure compliance with security, data governance and regulatory standards

• 10+ years’ experience as a Solutions Architect / Enterprise Architect / IT Architect
• Strong experience in business-IT alignment and complex enterprise environments
• MuleSoft / iPaaS integration architecture
• .NET / Microsoft technology stack
• Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or similar)
• SQL Server and enterprise databases
• UML, solution and integration architecture documentation
• Experience with TOGAF or similar enterprise architecture frameworks
