About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development & Growth Manager to support the growth of a fast-scaling platform operating at the intersection of SaaS and marketplace.

This is a hands-on role where you will own the full sales and growth funnel, from lead generation and outreach to conversion and client retention. You will work closely with founders, partners, and clients across international markets.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment and is comfortable taking ownership of outcomes end-to-end.

What you will work on:

- Business Development & Sales: Identify, qualify, and generate new leads across key markets (primarily US-focused), Own the full sales cycle: outreach, discovery, product demos, negotiation, and closing, Conduct product overview calls and clearly communicate value propositions, Drive consistent revenue growth through strong conversion and closing ability.

- Lead Generation & Outreach: Execute outbound outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and tools like HubSpot, Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline of prospects, Test and optimise outreach strategies to improve response and conversion rates.

- Funnel & CRM Management: Manage and optimise the sales pipeline using tools such as HubSpot, Notion, or Trello, Track leads across stages and ensure timely follow-ups, Analyse funnel performance and continuously improve conversion metrics.

- Client Engagement & Retention: Support onboarding of new clients and ensure a smooth handover post-sale, Build strong client relationships to drive retention and repeat business, Act as a point of contact for client queries and support.

- Community & Growth Support: Engage with platform users, partners, and communities to drive participation, Support ecosystem growth through relationship-building and referrals.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Core Experience: 5–6 years of experience in business development, sales, or growth roles, Proven track record in: Lead generation and outbound outreach, Closing deals and achieving revenue targets, Managing and optimising sales funnels, Experience in SaaS or marketplace-based selling, Experience working with or selling to US-based clients.

- Tools & Systems: Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Familiarity with Notion, Trello, or similar pipeline/workflow tools.

- Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal), Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills, Self-motivated with high ownership and accountability, Positive, can-do attitude, Comfortable working remotely in EST timezone.
