IT Service Delivery Analyst
Job Summary
ain Duties and Responsibilities:User Support & Service Delivery
- Act as the first point of contact for all IT-related queries (excluding ERP), using the local web-based ticketing system (Spiceworks).
- Provide daily responsive user support, ensuring issues are resolved in line with Group and Local processes.
- Install, repair, and support all on-site computer systems by diagnosing hardware/software issues, replacing components, and performing upgrades.
- Provide end-user training, support, and guidance where required.
- Manage New Starter and Leaver processes, including inductions, account setup, and deactivation.
- Develop and maintain IT how-to guides, SOPs, and policies.
Account, Access & Security Management
- Perform User Account Administration, including Active Directory, email accounts, add/remove requests, and access changes.
- Improve compliance with security, patching, and monitoring tools.
Infrastructure & Systems Management
- Install, maintain, and support network infrastructure including Cisco networking and Ubiquiti Wi-Fi.
- Manage all local infrastructure including VMware vSphere, servers, and on-site systems.
- Oversee telephone systems and mobile devices (iOS/Jamf Pro/BT Radar).
- Perform server health and performance monitoring, identifying and mitigating issues proactively.
- Maintain and support the Visitor Management System in Reception.
Reporting:
- Managing KPI's/dashboards for the IT dept.
- Creating/Publishing PowerBi dashboards to support all departments.
Asset & Supplier Management
· Maintain the Mecalac IT Asset Management System, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
· Source and liaise with IT Suppliers, acting as the main point of contact
Project Support & Delivery
- Support, participate in, and where required manage IT projects in line with business objectives.
· Ensure the Head of IT and relevant stakeholders are kept informed of progress, risks, issues, and dependencies
Audit & Compliance
- Assist in preparing materials for audits.
- Ensure all audit-related checks and documentation are completed to required standards.
ERP-Related Duties
- Generate EC/Newness/Noise certificates for manufactured equipment.
- Create VIN labels in multiple languages.
- Support business stock take activities (inputting, auditing, system assistance).
· Retrieve BoM lists for both legacy and new machines.
Research & Development
- Research current and emerging IT resources, services, and technologies to support continuous improvement.

Pay: From £26,000.00 per year
