Customer Success Executive (Adtech)

I’m working with a market leading, provider of the software into the world of advertising. They are looking for a Customer Success Executive to support their growing client base of broadcasters and OTT operators across Europe and North America.

You’ll work closely with the VP of Customer Success, helping clients get maximum value from their platform through onboarding, training, day-to-day support, and ongoing engagement.

This is a great role for someone who is analytical, client-focused, and confident running training sessions and building relationships.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Be a key point of contact for clients using their market leading dashboards
  • Run onboarding sessions, training, and user workshops
  • Track usage and identify opportunities to improve engagement
  • Lead client reporting requests end-to-end
  • Work with Product and Tech teams to share client feedback
  • Support client health tracking and success initiatives

Experience required:

  • 1–2 years’ experience in AdTech, media agencies, TV advertising, or SaaS
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Confident delivering training and explaining complex ideas simply
  • Collaborative, organised, and eager to learn
