Job Overview
We are seeking a Field Marketing Manager to join our team to support UKI (United Kingdom and Ireland territories) and join the global marketing team. The Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for campaign and programs planning, execution and performance monitoring, and delivering 1:1 ROI for all new business marketing activities in UKI.
The role requires a broad range of marketing management skills to be successful including demand generation, digital marketing, communications (written, verbal), customer lifecycle marketing and understanding the entire buyer's journey. You will work cross-functionally with the local commercial (sales) team in the territory and will collaborate with your counterparts in field marketing roles in EMEA, North America, and the global central marketing teams in shared services including digital marketing and marketing operations.
The right candidate will have a background in B2B cloud solutions – ideally with a background in AP Automation or Spend Management, is an efficient multitasker and a great team player and can work well in a challenging, fast-paced environment. The position reports to the CMO and is part of the Medius global marketing team.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Develop, execute, and manage net new acquisition demand generation campaigns and programs working in concert with the centrally managed programs from the global demand center.
- Attend trade shows, conferences and other events to interact with potential customers and partners, gain industry insights, drive thought leadership. Use these events as opportunities to drive demand and awareness of Medius.
- Manage aftermarket cross sell demand generation campaigns and programs working in concert with the centrally managed programs from the global demand center and working in partnership with the Account Management team.
- Support collaboration among regional, BDR and sales teams to create pipeline and improve pipeline conversion rates for new prospects.
- Develop, execute, manage, and optimize digital and offline programs that drive revenue growthacross all channels including events, ABX programs, webinars, content syndication, and paid social channels along the entire buyer's journey.
- PPC is managed by the digital team, the field marketing manager should work closely with the digital team to optimize PPC performance in the UKI territory with weekly digital lead reviews.
- Ensure consistent messaging and brand identify across all channels.
- Manage budget and allocate resources to ensure campaigns are successful and cost-effective
- Track analytical campaign performance and reporting to measure and report on the results and
- ROI of all campaigns, effectively communicating to stakeholders in the business.
- Develop, execute, and manage account-based programs against the TAL (Target Account List) and Territory account lists and coordinate with internal sales and BDR teams and external agencies, if applicable.
- Develop a strong understanding of our target personas to create topical content and campaigns that speak to customers' challenges, needs, and concerns.
- Utilize intent tools such as 6Sense and qualified to build, execute and optimize account-based engagement, demand generation and brand awareness programs.
- Manage and support interlock activities with all key stakeholder teams globally.
- B.A. or B.S. in marketing, marketing communications, advertising, business or related degree.
- 7+ years marketing, marketing communications, advertising or related experience; SaaS experience a plus.
- Experience developing and executing successful marketing plans to drive demand.
- Experience working in international marketing is highly desirable.
- Love analyzing information, determining a path forward and implementing impactful initiatives to improve business.
- Experience with CRM (Salesforce.com), marketing automation (Marketo/Eloqua), analytics and business insight tools (Domo/PowerBI/Tableau).
- Previous experience with Accounts Payable automation, electronic payments, source to contract (S2C) and procurement so\ware solutions (sourcing, contract management, supplier information management, procurement), and expense management solutions preferred.
- Passion for designing and executing multi-channel digital demand generation programs, performance testing and optimization.
