We’re looking for a Digital Skills Trainer to join a successful Legal 500 firm. You’ll support the firm’s strategic goals by designing and delivering high-quality digital learning solutions across our full range of IT applications, tools, software and hardware and play a key role in new-joiner onboarding, ongoing learning programmes and bespoke training projects, helping both legal and business teams build confidence and capability with digital technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver the firm’s Digital Skills Learning Strategy in collaboration with the wider team
  • Design, develop and maintain engaging digital learning content, including courses, videos and online resources
  • Create training for legal applications using Microsoft 365, AI tools (including Microsoft Copilot), in-house systems and strategic firm projects
  • Use digital learning tools such as Camtasia, Articulate and SharePoint
  • Support learners through coaching, mentoring and constructive feedback
  • Evaluate learning effectiveness using Kirkpatrick’s 4-level model
  • Maintain learning records and ensure materials remain current and relevant
  • Deliver training across UK offices when required
  • Provide specialist support to internal teams and occasional external clients
  • Support system testing, integrations and continuous service improvement
  • Work securely and in line with firm policies and procedures

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in Legal, HR or Finance environments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to create clear, engaging learning materials
  • Confident translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences
  • Strong organisation, planning and attention to detail
  • Collaborative team player with a strong sense of ownership
  • Comfortable working with third-party suppliers
  • Willing to learn new technologies and stay current with industry trends
  • Strong IT troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
