About the role
We are looking for an organised IT Support Administrator to provide efficient administration to the HealthHero Service Desk, ensuring Employee and Customer enquiries are logged and routed appropriately.
Working closely with the Technical Support Team the post holder will be responsible for ensuring all internal departmental administration and coordination tasks are completed to a high standard ensuring accuracy at all times. Day-to-day, you will be expected to:
- Answer customer enquiries by phone, email, web and live chat
- Ensure service users are updated on their technical support calls or queries.
- Complete IT inductions with new members of staff.
- Ensure the IT Service Desk management system is kept up to date and accurate by adding, changing or removing information as appropriate.
- Assist in the production of internal reports generated by the IT Service Desk management system.
- Support the administration of project documentation as required.
- Ensure all IT documentation including Policies and Standard Technical Operating Procedures are up to date.
- Assist with the production of data reports to internal and external parties.
- Escalate and liaise with third party suppliers ensuring the customer is kept up to date at all times.
- Hardware Procurement and build.
- Completion of New Starter Bundles ensuring new users are able to begin their employment with HealthHero seamlessly.

- Strong IT and Microsoft Office skills.

- Technical proficiency
- An ability to prioritise workloads
Nice to Have
- Experience in both face to face and remote support of customers.
