Regional HRIS Analyst - EU

Are you passionate about Workday, HR data, and improving processes? Our client, a leading global healthcare organization, is looking for a Regional HRIS Analyst to take ownership of HR system operations across Europe!

This is a hands-on, strategic role where you’ll be the go-to expert for Workday, helping HR teams with escalated queries, maintaining data integrity, delivering insights, and supporting system upgrades and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Workday Operations & Support: Manage day-to-day system administration, troubleshoot escalated issues, maintain security roles, and support annual HR processes
  • Projects & Enhancements: Participate in Workday upgrades, releases, and onboarding new entities, support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Data & Reporting: Ensure HR data quality and governance, produce reports and workforce insights, support compliance and audit requirements
  • Training & Enablement: Develop guides and training materials for HR teams, deliver training sessions and simplify technical processes for end-users

Qualifications / Experience:

  • Hands-on Workday experience (beyond end-user tasks)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in multi-country HR environments
  • Ability to train and support HR users while simplifying technical information
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaborative mindset
  • Proactive, curious, and solution-oriented
