Senior AI Solutions Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• AI Implementation: Respond to internal enquiries from global affiliates regarding AI integration and optimization.
• Development: Write high-level prompts, generate code, and build scripts to automate manual processes.
• Consultancy: Act as a subject matter expert to enrich user knowledge and guide departments on "what's possible."
• Documentation: Maintain rigorous standards by reporting on developments, ensuring clarity for future scaling.
• Cross-Functional Support: Primarily focused on AI, with occasional support for broader digital tools (e.g., Veeva).

Qualifications / Experience:

• Experience: 5–10 years of total professional experience, with a heavy focus on the last 18+ months in Microsoft Copilot and AI operational tools.
• Technical Background: Proven track record in Application Architecture, Solutions, or Development. You should be comfortable with scripts and automations.
• Industry: Experience in Pharmaceuticals is highly preferred. At a minimum, you must have experience in a highly regulated industry (GxP, data governance, and compliance).
• Ecosystem: Deep knowledge of the Microsoft Stack and experience managing vendor relationships.
• Attributes: High energy, independent, and extroverted enough to bring fresh ideas to the table. You thrive in fast-paced, mid-sized company environments where you aren't "pigeon-holed."
