Chief of Staff (Growth & Operations)
Job Description:
We are a profitable, founder-led online consumer internet company operating internationally across online dating and AI entertainment platforms.
We are looking for a highly entrepreneurial and execution-oriented Chief of Staff – Growth & Operations to work directly with the founder and help scale the business across growth, product, hiring, operations, and international expansion.
This is not a traditional corporate Chief of Staff role. We are looking for a high-agency operator who thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys solving problems, driving execution, and building scalable systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Help build and recruit the next layer of leadership, including: Head of Growth, Engineering Lead / CTO, and Media Buying.
- Coordinate international expansion and localization initiatives across multiple GEOs.
- Help improve product performance, retention, monetization, onboarding and churn to identify exactly where revenue is leaking and implement structural fixes.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and improve execution speed across teams.
- Work directly with the founder to prioritize initiatives, coordinate projects, and drive execution across the business.
- Support high-impact strategic projects including AI-driven product initiatives and future growth opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- 4–8+ years of experience in startups, growth, product, operations, scale-ups, or online consumer businesses.
- Strong execution, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly analytical and commercially minded.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership mentality.
- Comfortable operating in fast-moving and ambiguous environments.
- Experience working directly with founders is a plus.
- Experience with growth, funnels, retention, subscriptions, affiliate marketing, or online acquisition is a strong plus.
