About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Channel Manager to lead and expand
our partner ecosystem across the UK, Europe, and selected global markets. The ideal
candidate will have deep experience in cybersecurity and channel sales, with a proven track
record of building strong partnerships that drive revenue growth. This role requires
someone who can navigate complex organizations, identify business opportunities, and
develop long-term relationships that deliver measurable results. This is a strategic yet
hands-on role — ideal for someone who combines commercial acumen with strong
execution capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and implement a comprehensive regional channel strategy to grow revenue
through resellers, distributors, MSSPs, and system integrators.
● Identify, recruit, and onboard new strategic partners across the UK, Europe, and other
key markets.
● Manage, enable, and grow existing partners, ensuring alignment with company
objectives and consistent sales performance.
● Ability to understand the potential partner’s needs and gaps, and craft a compelling
narrative that provides the right solution and creates a win-win value proposition for
both parties
● Drive joint business plans and go-to-market activities to expand market reach and
accelerate sales pipeline growth.
● Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and technical teams to
support partner enablement and success
● Track, analyze, and report on partner performance, pipeline metrics, and market trends.
● Represent the company at major cybersecurity and partner industry events across
Europe and globally.
Required Experience and Skills:
● 5+ years of experience in channel management, business development, or indirect sales
within the cybersecurity Sector.
● Proven success in building and managing partner ecosystems across multiple European
markets.
● Strong understanding of channel models, partner economics, and how to penetrate and
grow within complex organizations.
● Demonstrated ability to exceed sales and revenue targets through indirect channels.
● Fluent English is essential; additional European languages are a strong advantage.
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
● Experience with cybersecurity solutions such as endpoint protection, threat intelligence, IAM, or SaaS security platforms.
