£38,000 per annum
We're working with a UK-based not-for-profit organisation to recruit a CRM Support & Systems Analyst to join their Digital, Data & Technology team.
This role focuses on supporting and improving the organisation's CRM and core systems, ensuring smooth day-to-day operation, high data quality, and effective system use across the business.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing technical CRM/application support and managing incidents and service requests
Troubleshooting system and data issues and working with internal teams and third-party suppliers to resolve them
Supporting system and process improvements through business analysis and change delivery
Maintaining data quality and supporting system administration activities
Creating user training materials and delivering system training sessions
About you:
Experience in a CRM or application support role (Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience desirable)
Good understanding of service management principles and data structures
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Confident communicator, comfortable working with non-technical stakeholders
Proactive, collaborative, and motivated by working in a purpose-driven organisation
