Role: Integration Lead - Technical

Location: Hybrid Remote/Milton Keynes

IR35: Outside

Duration: 6 months initial

Currently partnering with a global manufacturing and distribution company seeking an integration Tech Lead on an initial 6 month contract outside IR35. You will be accountable for driving project teams of internal and external technical specialists to ensure successful delivery of integrations supporting the roll-out of the global transformation programme. This is a technical project management role, which specifically requires someone who can lead teams in a Matrix organisation through the project life cycle, coordinating the activities and deliverables of multiple SIs that will collaborate to deliver the end-to-end integration solution.

This role is responsible for the full project life cycle of delivery, and will plan, implement, control and evaluate the workstream. The successful candidate will manage a number of technical project activities, have the ability to drive delivery against plan throughout the project life cycle and engage a range of senior stakeholders to deliver the planned benefit.

Skills/Experience:

  • Project specialist with experience of leading and successfully delivering technical projects in a complex transformation.
  • Leadership experience of managing a team in a fast paced, virtual, international, and demanding work environment
  • Excellent resource allocation planning skills
  • Excellent analytical skills including an ability to anticipate and highlight potential issues and opportunities.
  • Ability to engage, build relationships with and influence senior leadership and key business stakeholders.
  • Possesses exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage different audiences at all levels.
  • Experience working with multiple teams delivering complex integration projects on shared Middleware platforms.
  • Experience using Jira (ideally inc. JQL) and Confluence.
  • Experience of MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
  • Experience running integration projects delivering integration assets on the above platforms.
  • Experience of complex project/portfolio environments within a large, multi-site business, including familiarity with budgeting processes.
  • Must be able to manage multiple/conflicting priorities, appropriately prioritising and allocating resource, with a strong track record of delivery.
  • Familiarity with best practice project management practices.
  • Strong technical understanding around performance management concepts, benchmarking and metrics.
