Salesforce Systems Administrator
Location: Surrey (Hybrid - 2-3 days onsite per week)
Salary: £70,000 - £75,000 + up to 20% bonus
Type: Permanent
Are you an experienced Salesforce Administrator looking to join a global organisation that's investing heavily in technology and digital transformation? This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in managing and optimising a large-scale Salesforce implementation within a complex, fast-moving international business. Our client, a market-leading global supply chain company, is on an exciting transformation journey to modernising its technology landscape and embed Salesforce as a strategic platform across multiple regions.
As Salesforce Systems Administrator, you'll be part of the global technology team, supporting the Front Office platform used by commercial and customer-facing teams worldwide. You'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the Salesforce environment, driving adoption, maintaining system integrity, and delivering enhancements that support business growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily system administration of Salesforce, including user management, profiles, roles, permissions, reports, and dashboards.
- Manage standard and non-standard service requests, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
- Implement and test new Salesforce features and enhancements following best practices.
- Monitor data quality, security, and compliance within the platform.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues, escalating complex cases to external support partners as required.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to end users to drive adoption and best practice usage.
- Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and recommend improvements to enhance system performance and user experience.
About You
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role in a complex or multinational organisation.
- Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) certification, or willingness to obtain within 6 months.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, data management, and security.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning, Apex, and LWC is advantageous.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Confident collaborating with senior stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
