Operations Domain Product Manager (AMOS)

We’re looking for a Product Manager to take ownership of the AMOS maintenance platform, a critical system supporting engineering and operational teams.

This role sits at the centre of operations, architecture, and delivery. You’ll shape the product, prioritise what gets built, and ensure AMOS remains stable, scalable, and delivering real business value.

What you’ll be doing

• Own the AMOS product vision, roadmap, and backlog
• Translate operational and maintenance needs into clear deliverables
• Prioritise work across business, regulatory, and technical demands
• Work closely with architecture and engineering teams to deliver change
• Act as the bridge between operations, IT, and senior stakeholders
• Balance system stability with ongoing change and improvement
• Track performance, value, and adoption of the platform

What we’re looking for

• Experience working with AMOS (essential)
• Product Manager / Product Owner experience in a complex operational system
• Strong backlog management and prioritisation skills
• Comfortable working across operations, architecture, and delivery
