Content Designer / Strategist - UX

Our client, one of the leading financial service information providers is currently looking for an experienced Content Designer / Content Strategist to join their team on a 3 month rolling contract. This is an exciting position to help them to transform the way they provide their product content to millions of customers. Ypu will help them to understand where their current voice is working and what changes need to be made so that they can keep a consistent tone of voice across people, systems and AI. A key part of this is making that system work for AI as well as people, so designers can confidently generate high-quality, on-brand content.You will be responsible for:

• Auditing current product content to understand what’s working and where it falls short of our brand
• Rewriting a small number of high-impact journeys
• Creating the foundations of a UX content system
• Shaping guidance that works for both humans and AI, including templates, constraints, and prompts

The ideal candidate will have:

• Prior experience of working for a large brand
• Solid experience of UX writing and content design for digital products
• A proven background in turning brand voice into practical and clear product content
• Hands-on experience using AI in content workflows. You’ve experimented, learned what works and what doesn’t, and understand how to shape content, prompts, and rules so the output is consistent and on-brand
