Data Information Team Lead

Meraki Talent are looking for a hands-on leader to manage a high-volume data intake function across SFTP, email, and portal channels. You’ll lead and develop a team, set clear KPIs, and ensure data is received, validated, and processed accurately and on time.Key responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and performance-manage a fast-paced data team
• Oversee end-to-end data intake and ensure SLA delivery
• Define and track productivity metrics and data quality standards
• Resolve issues quickly, driving root cause fixes and improvements
• Streamline processes through standardisation and automation

About you:

• Proven team leadership in high-volume, deadline-driven environments
• Strong KPI management, problem-solving, and attention to detail
• Experience with SFTP, data workflows, or ETL processes preferred
