HR Business Partner Data Consultancy Edinburgh £55,000 + hybrid working Meraki Talent is partnering with a Data Consultancy based in Edinburgh looking for a HR Business Partner to join their HR Team.This is an exciting opportunity for someone to step up into a Business Partner role who has at least four years’ experience working in a HR generalist position. This role will have autonomy as well as working with the SLT in Edinburgh and collaborating with the wider HR Team.This role will suit someone who has strong knowledge of HR as a whole, including employee lifecycle from policy, ER, engagement, learning and development.HR Business Partner duties:
  • Partnering with managers to provide commercially focused HR guidance
  • Supporting the full employee journey from onboarding through progression
  • Leading the company’s L&D strategy and annual development roadmap
  • Designing and implementing targeted learning initiatives
  • Embedding frameworks that promote skills growth and career pathways
  • Supporting promotion cycles and early-career development programmes
  • Using workforce insights and metrics to inform decisions
  • Reviewing and enhancing HR policies and employee experience
  • Contributing to both strategic people planning and day-to-day delivery
Person Specification:
  • At least 4 years experience in a HR Generalist/Advisor/Junior BP role
  • Strong experience/passion for L&D
  • Excellent understanding of UK employment law
  • Organised and adaptable in a fast-moving environment
  • Clear communicator with high credibility and relationship-building skills
