This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping our offering in a core growth area, working with an established client base while also driving new business and market expansion. What you’ll be doing: 

• Leading and developing a technology recruitment team. 
• Partnering with clients across IT, digital, and data markets. 
• Overseeing delivery of mid to senior-level roles. 
• Driving business growth within the tech division. 
• Developing consultants and building team capability. 
• Strengthening market presence and candidate networks. 
• Acting as a trusted advisor to clients.
