Junior PMO / Project Support Admin

PMO / Project Support Admin – Edinburgh / Glasgow / Aberdeen (Hybrid – 3 days onsite) – 3 month Contract (Inside IR35) - £300 - £350pd Meraki Talent’s well regarded, and rapidly growing client are looking for a Junior PMO / Project Support Admin to ensure that projects and programmes are well governed, appropriately resourced and aligned with the business priorities. You will provide structure, coordination, and insights across the Integration & Transformation portfolio, triaging incoming projects and monitoring delivery health. This role can be based in Edinburgh, Glasgow or Aberdeen and will be a hybrid working model of 3 days a week onsite. This is an initial 3 month contract with the potential for extension and sits inside IR35. Experience
  • Experience in PMO, Project support or portfolio management.
  • Ability to provide hands on support whilst maintaining oversight of broader portfolio.
  • Understanding of project disciplines, governance, and resource planning.
  • Analytical and reporting skills with some proficiency in project management tools.
  • Experience in a fast moving, multi project environment.
