They are looking for a tech-savvy professional with hands-on experience in legal technology who is passionate about improving legal service delivery through innovative tools and solutions. Responsibilities of the Legal Technologist:
- Act as a go-to expert for legal tech platforms, providing advanced support and guidance to internal users and legal teams.
- Lead training sessions and deliver engaging demos to boost user adoption and confidence in legal technology tools.
- Collaborate with senior colleagues to design and roll out tech-driven legal solutions that enhance service delivery.
- Troubleshoot complex technical queries escalated by junior analysts, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Support the full implementation cycle of legal tech tools, including testing, configuration, deployment, and feedback.
- Demonstrated ability to support legal teams and clients through the effective use of technology.
- Experience working with legal technology tools such as HighQ, Contract Express, and AI platforms.
- Collaborative and proactive mindset, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to deliver clear, engaging presentations and training to both technical and non-technical audiences.
