PMO Manager (Global Programmes) Competitive Day Rate (Inside IR35)Salaried FTC until at least Apr 2027 (Opportunity of extension)Glasgow (50% of time in office) Posted Mon 08 Dec 2025Start Date Jan – Mar 2026 (Flex on notice) Meraki Talent’s financial services client is actively looking for a PMO Manager (Global Programmes) to work alongside their Global Programme Director on a multi-site, multi-location, programme of work. The PMO Manager will be supporting a client facing transformation programme which affects the global business. This person will support the governance from a Global perspective, with an additional focus on a large scale crucial transformational programme. This role would suit an experienced PMO professional with experience working within a large global business, who has personally ‘touched’ global programmes of work, who is happy to be based in their Glasgow office each week (Please note this is not a Project/Change Manager role, where the client is looking for a Project/Change Management professional) Responsibilities of the PMO Manager (Global Programmes): - Provide PMO support to the Programme at a global level- Support the set-up of project & workstreams governance and structure- Ensuring the workstream governance is aligned to the programme and wider governance- Responsible for tracking of global programme metrics- Monitor workstream budgets, reporting and forecasting - Manage updates to Global Workstream RAID Background of the PMO Manager (Global Programmes): - Extensive experience working as a PMO Senior Analyst of Manager is essential- Experience working across Global initiatives and programmes of work essential- Experience working within financial services highly preferable - Strong reporting skills- Experience working on transformation initiatives helpful Is this job for you?
