A senior client-facing leadership role focused on developing strategic client relationships, winning complex transformation programmes, delivering sustained revenue growth through Data, Analytics, AI and Digital. This appointment would suit a seasoned Senior Sales Director with an existing network in Banking. Someone tuned in to Technology and Digital, that is passionate about it and sees the future and benefits of AI & Data. Perhaps someone working for a large, global or ‘clunky’ consultancy, that wants more recognition, autonomy and professional development. - Develop and execute growth strategies across the Banking client base
- Drive new business acquisition and expand existing client relationships
- Lead complex sales cycles
- Build relationships with C-suite stakeholders across technology
- Identify opportunities for cross and up sell
- Extensive experience working as a Senior Sales/Business Development leader with a track record of delivering large scale (Approx £5 - £20m+) deals across the Banking & Financial Services sectors
- Strong network across Banking, engaged at a Senior Management, Exec and C-Suite level
- A technical mindset, and ability to ‘talk the talk’. A good understanding of Data, Digital and/or AI verticals extremely helpful
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder sales processes
