Client Relationship Manager

Meraki Talent are looking to speak with experienced Client Relationship Managers for a new opportunity within the Glasgow market.

This role will be instrumental in managing multiple client relationships, ensuring clients receive a high level of service, and their needs are managed and met.

As part of this role you will understand the client requirements, and how their interaction with the platform works, and could work better, to improve the functionality.

Key duties will include

• Lead and service client relationships
• Understand ever changing client requests
• Educate clients on platform functionality
• Liaise internally to identify changes, which can be made to enhance the client experience

This is a permanent role, based in Glasgow, adopting a hybrid approach to work. Hours of work will be to support US clients, working 12noon to 8pm, Monday to Friday.
