Recruiter / HR Manager / People Coordinator
This is an exciting opportunity, starting with a 6-months engagement, that could be extended to a permanent position at the end of the term.
This will not be your typical recruitment position.
As a tech company working with startups and enterprises across the country, we’re looking for someone who knows and understands the tech sector.
It’s a unique, full-time role that would require sourcing & engaging with technical talent across the UK, screening the best ones, and inviting them to apply to specific roles, and to join networking and social events.
Requirements:
- Experience with sourcing and screening candidates for technical positions (software developers, QA engineers, team leads, engineering managers, etc.)
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experience with cold outreach to candidates over email, phone, and social media
- At least 4 years of commercial experience in recruitment in a relevant sector / industry
- Experience with ATS, recruitment, and HR software
- Strong soft skills, kind and pleasant personality
- English language requirements - full professional proficiency
- Availability to commute to London once or twice per month
- Experience with Slack - beneficial
This role offers a competitive and a stable salary, but no commission for this specific project, as there's no commission involved on either side throughout the process.
