Requirements

• 7+ years of commercial engineering experience (only truly senior-level candidates will be considered)

• Proven startup experience (corporate-only backgrounds will not be considered)

• Expert-level proficiency in React, TypeScript, modern frontend frameworks and architectures

• Strong understanding of state management, performance optimization, and scalable component-driven design

• Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Playwright)

• Comfort with open-source principles and contributions

• Clear, confident communication in English (minimum C1, no heavy accents)

• Ability to onboard quickly and deliver at startup pace

• Proactive, independent, and ownership-driven mindset

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain scalable frontend applications using React, TypeScript, and modern FE tooling

• Build reusable and performant UI components following best practices

• Ensure accessibility, cross-browser compatibility, and responsiveness across devices

• Collaborate closely with design and product teams to deliver pixel-perfect, user-centric features

• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and reliability

• Implement robust testing strategies (unit, integration, end-to-end)

• Stay ahead of industry trends, evaluating and adopting new technologies where relevant

• Contribute to open-source initiatives and foster a culture of clean, maintainable code.
